^**Sara Souther received her PhD at West Virginia University (WVU) and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has worked on rare plant conservation across the US for over 15 years. Sara is currently an Assistant Research Professor at Northern Arizona University (NAU) with a dual affiliation with the School of Earth and Sustainability (SES) and the Center for Adaptable Western Landscapes (CAWL).
^***Martha Sample completed her BS at University of Montana (UM) and her MS at Northern Arizona University (NAU). Martha is currently a research associate and a PhD student at NAU.
^****Genevieve Conley completed her BS at Northern Arizona University (NAU), and is currently an Environmental Consultant at the New Mexico State Land Office in Santa Fe, NM.
^*****Clare E. Aslan received her PhD from University of California (UC)-Davis and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at UC-Santa Cruz. Clare is currently an associate professor and acting director of the School of Earth and Sustainability (SES), and co-director of Center for Adaptable Western Landscapes (CAWL).
