Abstract

Three new Aloe records for Uganda are described. A. lolwensis Newton is found in southeast Uganda, A. bukobana Reynolds in southwest Uganda and A. macleayi Reynolds in the far north, very close to the South Sudanese border. A. macleayi in Uganda is also a new record for the Flora of Tropical East Africa.
