According to the characteristics of coastal soil, the soil moisture content is high, the viscosity is high, and the salt content is high, to solve problems of big resistance traction and high energy consumption while the subsoiler is on working, the self-excited vibrating subsoiler was designed. Through the field experiment, the relation between vibration acceleration and tractive resistance of self-excited vibrating subsoiler had been analyzed. The experiment result showed that: the vibration of the elastic tooth type and the spring was the two main cause of the vibration of the whole machine. Compared with the non-vibration subsoiler, the traction resistance of the vibration subsoiler was reduced by 11.31%, and the drag reduction effect is obvious. The analysis showed that the soil self-induced vibrating subsoiler dynamical system was stable. By combining theoretical research and experimental study it further validated the practical value of self-induced vibrating subsoiler.
