Ecological compensation in coastal cities is mainly for the purpose of protecting and sustainable using ecosystem services. In the previous studies on the legal norms of ecological compensation, the ecological sustainable development period is relatively short and the compensation cost is relatively high. Therefore, this paper puts forward the research on the legal norms of ecological compensation of coastal cities under regional cooperation. According to the principle of ecological compensation, determine the main body and compensation object of ecological compensation under regional cooperation. According to the different compensation subjects, establish the ecological compensation standard, calculate the ecological cost, and improve the legal norms of ecological compensation in coastal cities. The experimental results show that the proposed legal norms of ecological compensation of coastal cities under regional cooperation can ensure the sustainable development of coastal cities, and the cost of ecological compensation is low.
