In order to improve the average throughput of coastal container transport port and establish a relatively perfect financial development promotion model, this paper studies the financial development model and reform hotspot of coastal container transport port. Based on the external analysis of the coastal container transport environment, the characteristics of the development of the maritime transport network of the container transport port shall be studied, and the relevant economic behavior indicators of the financial industry of the container transport port shall be defined. Then, a unified measurement indicator for the financial reform of the coastal container transport port shall be established by means of informatization treatment of the port financial development and logistics mode. From the practical research results, at this stage in a port, the container throughput level is higher, but the financial income level of the whole port is relatively low. On the one hand, it balances the relationship between container throughput and the financial income of coastal ports, on the other hand, it makes the existing financial development model better applied and reformed.
