After applying the traditional productive service transformation method to the productive service transformation of manufacturing industry, the service effect is poor. Therefore, an analysis method of key factors in the transformation of port equipment manufacturing productive service based on virtual alliance is designed. The technological transformation and product transformation of port equipment manufacturing are analyzed. The analysis results are used as the basis for analyzing the key factors in the transformation of port equipment manufacturing productive services. Virtual alliance is used to analyze the influencing factors of the transformation of port equipment manufacturing productive services and determine the key factors of the transformation of port equipment manufacturing productive services. The experimental results show that the design method has better service effect than the traditional method after the transformation, and the overall service satisfaction after the transformation is higher than 80%, indicating that the design method can improve the service effect after the transformation of port equipment manufacturing productive services.
