Based on the perspective of career construction, the paper aims to explore the role of trust as a mediating variable in the process of occupational adaptability (OA) affecting individual career success. To this end, a survey was conducted on 352 senior crew members, and the questionnaire data were analysed. The research results show that the OA has a significant positive impact on career success; trust plays some mediating role between the OA and career success.
