A new combination is erected: Streblotrypa (Strebloscopora) katoi Sakagami, 2000 n. comb. Fifteen species are described in open nomenclature. The fauna shows mainly Lower to Middle Permian age, and paleobiogeographic connections to the Urals, southeast Asia and Australia.
