The IUCN/SSC Reintroduction Specialist Group (RSG) and Lincoln Park Zoo will host the 1st International Wildlife Reintroduction Conference April 15–16, 2008 in Chicago, IL, USA. The theme of the conference will be “Reintroduction programs: Applying science to conservation”. Twenty speakers and 40 posters will be selected for presentation in addition to 12 already invited speakers. Registration is limited to 275 participants.
