Abstract

Abrolophus welbourni sp. n. is described from Northern Michigan, USA. All instars including laboratory-reared specimens were available for study. Laboratory rearing results as well as field collections indicated that larvae previously assigned to Hauptmannia developed into deutonymphs and adults of Abrolophus.
