In order to enhance the economic benefits of the cultural and creative industries of coastal cities and ports, the relevant technologies are used to realize the development of the port cultural and creative industries. Based on the financial support and talent support for industrial development, the basic route for the development of port cultural and creative industries is determined. According to the composition elements of the port cultural and creative industries, the port industrial structure is divided, and the factors affecting industrial development are analyzed. Utilizing technologies such as multimedia cultural processing, cultural and creative industrial park environment development, online cultural industry promotion, and SWOT industry assessment and other technologies to develop port cultural and creative industry development strategies. After applied research and analysis, it was found that the applied design of port cultural and creative industry development strategies can effectively increase the economic benefits of coastal cities by about 27%.
