In order to enhance the efficiency of energy consumption optimization and to change the operation state of green public buildings in coastal areas. Based on the genetic algorithm, presents a study on the optimization of energy consumption in the operation of coastal green public buildings. By reviewing the literature of influencing factors, incentive mechanism, economic research and evaluation model of green building. It was found that the current literature on the economic evaluation of green buildings focuses on the feasibility of the evaluation scheme. Secondly, objective optimization theory and genetic algorithm are introduced, to provide theoretical support for the construction and solution of energy-saving optimization model. By introduction and analysis of the energy consumption simulation software, select DESK as the energy consumption simulation tool of this paper, to achieve the optimization of energy consumption of coastal green public buildings. The results of comparative experiments show that, compared with the traditional coastal green public buildings, the research on optimization of energy consumption of coastal green public buildings based on genetic algorithm is proposed, with has higher optimization efficiency, and more in line with the needs of system development.
