In order to improve the efficiency of logistics transportation path planning in emergency water resources scheduling and effectively alleviate the water crisis in the target area, a dynamic optimization method of emergency water resources truck transportation logistics stowage based on joint distribution is proposed. According to the prediction results, the network emergency water resources joint distribution mechanism is designed, the optimal parking location of vehicles is selected, the emergency allocation is carried out under the minimum fuel consumption, and the vehicle routing of multiple distribution centers is designed to realize the dynamic optimization of emergency water resources automobile transportation logistics loading.
