With the rapid development of science and technology, the industrial structure will change, the result of the flow and allocation of production factors. For example, with the change and optimization of industrial structure, the macroeconomy of Canada will gradually grow; this has been tested and verified. In modern economy, industrial structure and economic structure reflect the development direction of national economy, which is also applicable to marine economic industry. Marine industrial structure is the proportion of marine industries, which is a relationship of mutual restriction. At present, the marine economy has been recognized by society, and has occupied an important supporting industry of coastal gross domestic product. With the continuous development and utilization of marine resources, the marine industrial structure will gradually change, and will affect the overall direction of marine macroeconomic development. On the basis of the data of marine economy, this paper studies the correlation between the change of marine industrial structure and marine economy and macroeconomy. This paper also studies the contribution rate of different industrial structures to marine economy and macroeconomy. Through the research, this paper can better determine the structural reform of China's marine supply side.
