Marine marketing is an important means to ensure the sustainable development of the marine industry. The key to carrying out marine marketing is the reasonable allocation of various resources. Based on game theory, this research established the optimal solution for a modified model of certainty game theory and then determined the optimal allocation of marketing resources in the marine market. The study first analyzed the theory of marine marketing resource allocation, then analyzed the model of marine marketing resource allocation, constructed a model of marine marketing resource allocation based on game theory modification, and finally, analyzed the empirical application of marine marketing resource allocation considering the game theory–modification model.
