The application of interactive media based on the clustering method in the spatiotemporal properties of marine dynamic graphics can improve the transmission quality of interactive media, so it is of great significance for the analysis and modeling of spatiotemporal data properties of marine dynamic graphics and the research and development of the marine environment. This article first analyzes the hybrid distribution algorithm based on clustering structure, then studies the technical framework of marine dynamic graphics and the spatiotemporal data attribute model of the marine environment, and finally gives the strategy of interactive marine dynamic graphics based on clustering.
