With the rapid development of international trade, marine transportation is one of the important modes, which directly reflects foreign trade level and marine economic competitiveness. Therefore, maritime logistics will directly reflect the status of a country's maritime transport. With the fierce competition among the shipping logistics enterprises, the shipping logistics service capacity of our country is still the main problem, which requires us to constantly improve our own logistics service capacity. By providing comprehensive, efficient, low-cost and flexible services, shipping logistics enterprises will get more and more customers. With the maturity of service supply chain theory, we can improve the logistics service ability. By improving the logistics service system, shipping logistics enterprises can improve customer satisfaction. Firstly, this paper analyzes the role of service supply chain. Then this paper forecasts the marine transportation volume by GM (1, 1). Then, this paper constructs the logistics service ability evaluation system.
