Therefore, the development of marine resources has become an important consensus to expand human living environment. China is a country with rich marine resources, which requires China to vigorously develop the marine economy. However, as China is still a typical “big ocean, small industry” pattern, it needs our government to issue policies to provide financial support. Therefore, how to give full play to the advantages of financial support to promote the development of marine economy has become the main way. Therefore, a new wave of marine economic development is emerging, which requires a lot of capital investment. Therefore, the role of financial support in marine economic development is more critical. Good financial support can effectively promote marine economic growth. Through investment and financing mechanisms such as government investment, credit loan and foreign institutional capital injection, the government can provide all-round financial support for the development of marine economy, which will better realize the growth of marine economy.
