Under the background of the new normal of economy, the hotel management of various tourism cities in China will gradually return to the demand trend of market development, especially the marine tourism of coastal cities. With the change of people's ideology, tourists gradually improve their awareness of the comfort and service quality of tourist hotels, which has become an important way to adjust the mood of tourism. Under the new normal economic situation, coastal hotels gradually implements and innovates its own management mode, which helps to improve the hotel management level and strengthen the core competitiveness. With the continuous innovation and transformation of management mode, we can meet the diversified needs of tourists to the greatest extent, which will realize the stable and healthy development of the hotel. In the new economic normal, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of coastal hotels, and SWOT analysis. Then, this paper analyzes the new tourism supply chain structure of hotels under the new normal. Then, this paper puts forward the capital management platform construction mode of coastal hotels.
