This research is conducted to reveal the impact of the evolution of China's water transportation condition and port throughput on the development of agricultural products logistics industry. By using SPSS software and data related to China's economic and social development from 2006 to 2018. Based on logistic model, the future development level of China's water transportation condition is forecasted; with STRIPAT model, using partial correlation and linear regression method, the marginal contribution of water transportation condition, port throughput, economic growth and urbanization level to the change of agricultural products logistics industry are revealed. The impact of future evolution of China's water transportation condition and port through put on agricultural products logistics industry is estimated.
