The landscape design of residential areas in China will gradually move towards modularization, industrialization and standardization, which is the development trend of ecological environment standardization. Through standardization, we can better carry out the landscape design and ecological environment design of coastal residential area, which will better realize the marketing strategy of coastal residential area. Based on the market economy, the landscape design and ecological environment standardization of coastal residential areas have been gradually applied and optimized. In practical projects, standardization not only saves development time and cost for enterprises, but also reduces the waste of social material and human resources, which optimizes social resources. Through the integration of landscape design and ecological environment standardization, China's coastal construction industry has made great contributions to sustainable development. First, this paper analyzes the advantages of coastal cities in promoting standardization. Then, this paper analyzes the form of standardization and management process. Finally, this paper studies the promotion and application of the standard system.
