Abstract

Li, W., 2020. The transformation and upgrading strategy of marine tourism under the background of the belt and road. In: Li, L. and Huang, X. (eds.), Sustainable Development in Coastal Regions: A Perspective of Environment, Economy, and Technology. Journal of Coastal Research, Special Issue No. 112, pp. 116-119. Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.

At present, the marine tourism industry has ushered in an opportunity for breakthrough development and has the necessary conditions for transformation and upgrading. Therefore, it is of great value to carry out in-depth exploration of the use of resources in this area. Through a detailed analysis of the background of the industry, and based on this premise, the connotation and characteristics of the resource utilization model of higher vocational colleges are analyzed and considered. When using marine tourism resources, it is not only necessary to pay attention to ordinary tourism expertise, but also to “Ocean”-centered professional knowledge and technical capabilities are included in the corresponding scope. At the same time, in order to meet the needs of the market, the government, universities, and enterprises must form a “strategic alliance” to vigorously promote “order education”, close collaboration, and complement each other. Form a cooperative and shared utilization model, reform according to industry needs, strengthen the applicability and high-end nature of resource supply, and create a complete and innovative “industrial chain” for the utilization of marine tourism resources. So as to realize the innovation of this kind of resource utilization mode.
