With the deep implementation of marine resources development in various countries, more and more marine enterprises have invested in market-oriented competition, which makes them face more and more severe competition and diversified risks, especially financial risk has become an important factor restricting the healthy development of marine enterprises. Under this background, this paper first studies the connotation and prediction basis of financial risk of foreign enterprises, then analyzes the causes of the formation and diffusion of financial risk of marine enterprises, and finally gives the control strategies and measures for the formation and diffusion of financial risk of offshore enterprises.
