At present, there are still many deficiencies and problems in the financial risk management of marine enterprises, especially the lack of effective financial risk early warning measures and means, leading to the internal financial risk of marine enterprises cannot be scientific management. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the basic connotation and causes of financial risk of marine enterprises, then studies the early warning design of financial risks of marine enterprises based on marine economy, and finally gives the prevention and control strategies of financial risks of marine enterprises based on marine economy.
