At present, with the deepening of the implementation of the marine strategy, the transformation and reform of the marine economic structure urgently need to conduct in-depth analysis of the wave driving factors of the marine economy. The dynamic factor analysis of the DSGE model dynamic factor model has important value for the long-term and short-term dynamic adjustment process of the marine factor structure. Based on this, this paper first studies the dynamic factor model representation of DSGE model, then analyzes the upgrading mechanism model based on the spatial-temporal configuration of marine elements, and finally gives the application of dynamic factors based on two kinds of DSGE model in the upgrading model of marine element structure.
