With the continuous development of the logistics industry, ship logistics has also become an important field in the development of modern logistics in China. The implementation of seafood supply chain management mode should first choose seafood supply chain mode, which includes seafood wholesaler-dominated mode, seafood processor-dominated mode and large retailer-dominated mode. China's ship logistics is still in its infancy. How to use the supply chain management to guide the operation of China's ship logistics and make it efficient, stable and orderly is the top priority for China to develop ship logistics at this stage. Building modern logistics platform for marine products and changing the traditional operation mode are the main issues faced by shipping logistics enterprises. This paper mainly analyzes the main problems faced by the port transportation industry at this stage, and proposes specific optimization measures based on particle swarm optimization algorithm. By establishing the mathematical model of port ship logistics, the task sequence of logistics transportation is optimized, and the optimal scheduling algorithm is finally determined.
