The marine economy has become one of the most important growth points for the national economic development of Fujian Province. Studying the influencing factors of Fujian's marine economic development is of great significance to Fujian's marine economic development. This study divides the influencing factors of the marine economic development level of Fujian Province into three categories: marine economic industrial structure level, marine production support capacity, and marine economic science and education. On this basis, through factor analysis, principal component analysis and semi-logarithmic multiple regression model, the current status of Fujian's marine economic development level and its influencing factors are analyzed to draw conclusions: (1) Optimizing the marine economic industrial structure and increasing the proportion of the tertiary industry in the marine economy will be conductive to the development of the marine economy of Fujian Province; (2) Increasing the level of port industry intelligence can promote the development of Fujian's marine economy; (3) Strengthening the training of high-level marine professionals is the key to sustainable development of the marine economy.
