In order to improve the accuracy of marine topographic mapping and improve the visual effect of marine topographic mapping, a marine topographic mapping model based on UAV digital photogrammetry technology is proposed. The UAV digital photogrammetry technology is used in the marine terrain mapping by using the image processing method. Firstly, the UAV digital photogrammetry imaging processing is carried out on the marine terrain, and the multi-scale matching filter is used to reduce the noise of the UAV digital photography image to improve the clarity of the mapping image. Then the wavelet multi-scale transformation and Harris corner detection method are used to extract the features of UAV digital photography image, and the mapping image with strong visual communication ability and obvious feature point marking is output to realize the optimal design of marine terrain mapping model. The simulation results show that the accuracy of the method is high, the peak signal-to-noise ratio of the output mapping image is high, and the surveying and mapping error is low, so it has practical value.
