Scraper conveyor is an important bulk transport equipment in wharf and port. Its reliability and service life seriously affect the transport efficiency. Based on the discrete element simulation software, this paper establishes the discrete element model of the middle groove in the blanking area under different conditions, and verifies the correctness of the model; explores the force and impact wear characteristics of the scraper chain, the scraper and the middle groove under different chain spacing, different scraper distance, different inclination angle, and finally, according to the effect of the action between the bulk and the contact object. The results can provide theoretical guidance for the improvement and mechanical analysis of the middle trough of scraper conveyor, and provide a basis for strengthening the design of the key parts of the middle trough of scraper conveyor.
