In order to study the performance of the new grouting material of silty clay, the material selection and ratio of coastal mud cement slurry were studied by laboratory test and in situ test, and the diffusion mechanism of coastal mud cement slurry was analyzed, and the water pressure test was carried out. Borehole stone body and filling rate to evaluate its performance. The results showed that the maximum per unit permeability of the whole hole was 1.39 Lu. the secondary maximum permeability of all the holes was 2.46 Lu. all of them meet the design requirements (less than 5Lu), and the stone body was in the state of full filling and half filling. Total filling accounts for 68.75%, half filling accounts for 31.25%, diffusion radius was 5-10 m, slurry diffusion filling has better plugging effect, water plugging rate is 95.66%, the water plugging rate after grouting can meet the requirement of 85% or more in mine.
