Abstract

Shen, Y., 2019. System dynamics model of long island marine stone forest park based on recreational opportunity spectrum. In: Gong, D.; Zhu, H., and Liu, R. (eds.), Selected Topics in Coastal Research: Engineering, Industry, Economy, and Sustainable Development. Journal of Coastal Research, Special Issue No. 94, pp. 648–652. Through the questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the importance and the scores of factors in Long Island Marine Stone Forest Park based on recreation opportunity spectrum. The study divides the Long Island Marine Stone Forest Park resources into three categories: natural resources, recreation resources and resources management, and designs two-level subdivisions for each classification. Based on the data obtained from recreational opportunity spectrum, a system dynamics model is established. The previous data of tourists is simulated and the number of tourists in the future is forecasted.
