Abstract

Yin, Y.-N.; Xu, J.; Wen, X., and Yu, F.-J., 2019. Evaluation of regional port logistics operation based on tqs logistics equilibrium. In: Gong, D.; Zhu, H., and Liu, R. (eds.), Selected Topics in Coastal Research: Engineering, Industry, Economy, and Sustainable Development. Journal of Coastal Research, Special Issue No. 94, pp. 738–742. Focusing on the equilibrium and attributes of regional logistics operation, this paper probes into the formation mechanism and evaluation criteria of regional port logistics operation, and synthesizes such three dimensions as time, quantity and structure. Then, a monitoring index system was built for regional port logistics operation based on the three dimensions, and validated through an actual case of regional logistics system. This research not only deepens the understanding of logistics equilibrium theory, but also supports the decision-making in supervision departments of regional logistics operation.
