The results show that different heterogeneity characteristics of team members have different effects on corporate innovation performance. There is an inverted U-shaped relationship between knowledge and skills heterogeneity and corporate innovation performance. Organization learning has a positive impact on corporate innovation performance. Exploitive learning plays a part of mediating role in the relationship between team heterogeneity and corporate innovation performance.
