Abstract

The mirid genus Sulawesifulvius Gorczyca, Cherot & Stys (Hemiptera: Miridae: Cylapinae) is reported from China for the first time. One species, S. yinggelingensis sp. nov., is described from Yinggeling, Hainan Province, China. A key to the species of the genus is given. Photographs of the dorsal habitus and illustrations of the diagnostic characters of the new species are provided. All type specimens of the new species are deposited in the Institute of Entomology, Nankai University, Tianjin, China.
