Abstract

The final instar larva of Burmagomphus laidlawi Fraser, 1924, is described for the first time based on one larva and several exuviae collected from the Tejaswini River, Kannur district of Kerala, India. The larva is distinguished by the presence of well-developed abdominal dorsal spines on S7–9.
