Abstract

Three water mite species of the genus Protzia Piersig, 1896 (Acari: Hydrachnidia, Hydryphantidae) are reported from Turkey. Protzia beyazoglui sp. nov. is described and the first record from Turkey is given for Protzia halberti (Walter, 1920).
