Abstract

Neothrombium mojdehii sp. nov. (Acari: Neothrombiidae) is described and illustrated from a larva ectoparasitic on adults of Gryllotalpa gryllotalpa L. (Orthoptera: Gryllotalpidae) from Kazerun, Iran. A key to species (larva) of Neothrombium of the world is presented.
