The Commission has ruled that the application for the proposed conservation of the name of the Triassic amphibian genus Buettneria Case, 1922 by suppression of the names Buettneria Karsch, 1889, for a genus of extant orthopteran insects, and Buettneria Simroth, 1888, for a genus of African land snails, is not approved.
