Lepismium lumbricoides is a widely distributed species whose main occurrence in Southern Region of Brazil. This study expands its distribution to the Minas Gerais state, in the southeastern region of Brazil. We present morphological data for this species and comments on its ecology and distribution. Its conservation status according to the IUCN criteria is Least Concern (LC).
