Abstract

Jiao, X. and Ren, Y., 2020. The optimal model of comprehensive competitiveness evaluation of marine industry. In: Yang, Y.; Mi, C.; Zhao, L., and Lam, S. (eds.), Global Topics and New Trends in Coastal Research: Port, Coastal and Ocean Engineering. Journal of Coastal Research, Special Issue No. 103, pp. 147–150. In this work, an optimization model of the comprehensive competitiveness of the marine industry is designed. Using appropriate quantitative analysis method, in the comprehensive evaluation stage, except for the recessive relationship between the indicators. There is a negative relationship between other indicators. The comprehensive competitiveness evaluation indicators of the marine industry are determined and standardized. Moreover, the weight of each indicator is calculated, and the AHP method is selected to rank. The experimental results show that the optimization model is more accurate than the traditional model, and can truly and objectively reflect the comprehensive competitiveness of the marine industry.
