There is a small number of concurrent users in the existing marine resources competitive intelligence data interactive sharing platform. Therefore, the research on the construction of marine resources competitive intelligence data interactive sharing platform under the background of intelligent construction is proposed. According to the purpose of interactive sharing of competitive intelligence data of marine resources, the framework of interactive sharing platform of competitive intelligence data of marine resources is established. On this basis, functional modules of the platform are constructed, including data acquisition module, processing module, analysis module and service module of marine resources competitive intelligence, which realizes the operation of marine resources competitive intelligence data interactive sharing platform under the background of intelligent construction. The test results show that compared with the traditional platform for competitive intelligence data interactive sharing of marine resources, the constructed platform for competitive intelligence data interactive sharing of marine resources greatly enhances the maximum number of concurrent users, fully demonstrating that the platform has better performance.
