In order to improve the competitiveness of each port hotel, this paper designs and constructs a spatial structure model of port hotel competitiveness under economic differences. From the perspective of economic geography, this paper explores the various stages of the evolution of the spatial structure of the port system, and comprehensively uses the circle structure model and the point axis structure model to define and divide the hinterland of different port groups, so as to establish the competitiveness evaluation system of port hotels. Through the evaluation system of port hotel competitiveness, the values of different parameters are calculated, and the spatial structure model of port hotel competitiveness under economic differences is established. Through the spatial structure model of port hotel competitiveness under the economic difference, the marketing market of port can be accurately divided, the development of port hotel can be promoted, and the competitiveness of port hotel can be improved at the same time. The validity and superiority of the designed model are verified by the simulation experiment data.
