In recent years, with the implementation of marine strategy, the development of marine resources and marine tourism projects has become a hot spot in coastal area construction. More and more people participate in marine tourism projects, which bring new opportunities to the development of marine tourism. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the current situation and problems of the utilization of coastline and sea area resources, then studies the theoretical basis and SWOT analysis of the tourism design and development of coastline and sea area resources, and finally gives the development and design strategy of coastal zone and sea area tourism resources.
