Rejuvenating the sea through science and education is the core strategy of Guangzhou's development. Cultivating a reasonable and efficient mechanism for the transformation and industrialization of achievements is an important guarantee for promoting the transformation of marine science and technology into direct productivity. Based on the analysis of Guangzhou's scientific research force on sea, this paper proposes the establishment and cultivation of the industrialization platform mechanism for marine in Guangzhou in terms of the establishment of the property rights system, and the improvement of achievements industrialization evaluation mechanism, market mechanism, incentive mechanism, financial mechanism, and park mechanism.
