As the foundation of construction engineering, foundation design is an important part of geotechnical engineering in construction engineering, and has a vital impact on the quality, stability and safety of the building. It is urgent to conduct in-depth research on the geotechnical engineering of building foundation. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the hydrogeological conditions of Beihai sandbar sedimentary area, then studies the stability and adaptability of building foundation in Beihai sandbar sedimentary area, and finally gives the geotechnical engineering analysis and evaluation of building foundation in the study area.
