In recent years, as an important branch of virtual reality technology, the virtual modeling and simulation technology of natural scenery has become a worldwide research hotspot. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the sea surface and the classification of simulation, and uses the method of combining random wave theory and fractal theory to achieve real-time dynamic simulation of three-dimensional sea surface in open and deep waters. The local amplitude and phase function representation method are first used to model the sea surface in the marginal sea by means of this method; then, using the iterative generation principle of fractal theory and the principle of self-similarity, the diamond-block algorithm is used to compare the middle The sea surface of the sea area is interpolated and filled. The virtual simulation results of the three-dimensional sea surface show that the proposed method has real-time and realistic simulation effects.
