Marine water quality monitoring is of great significance for preventing marine disasters, protecting marine environment and realizing sustainable development of marine resources. This paper studies the marine water quality monitoring and management system model based on data mining. The system adopts the MVC design idea and the B/S structure, and combines JSP technology and digital map technology to realize various functions of the system. It uses the service combination technology to organize and release marine water quality information into various Web forms, and designs a static service combination method based on Markov chain model. Through comparison and analysis of the experimental data called by the system, the effectiveness of the model has been verified. This study has realized the management of marine water quality monitoring, and can be applied for other platforms, which has certain use values, and provides a reference for the analysis of service combination performance.
