Abstract

Leptus hospeticus sp. nov. from India and L. laviniacus sp. nov. (Acari: Prostigmata: Erythraeidae) from Sri Lanka and India are described and illustrated. L. astrubali Haitlinger is reported for the first time from India. Two keys to some species of Leptus are provided.
