30 April 2021 Official Correction 136 (Opinion 290) – Ruling (1) amended

In accordance with Article 80.4 of the Code, which states that the Commission can publish an Official Correction of an error or omission in an Opinion without further vote when the correction does not negate the Opinion or its consequences, notice is hereby given that:

  • (1) Ruling (1) in Opinion 290 is corrected to read:

    • (1) Under the Plenary Powers the generic name Acanthocnema Costa (A.), 1859, is hereby suppressed for the purposes of both the Law of Priority and of the Law of Homonymy.
