Abstract

The African genus Orophiopsis Quedenfeldt, 1889 is revised. A redescription of Orophiopsis fausti Quedenfeld, 1889 is provided and Orophiopsis marcysiae sp. nov. (type locality Congo) is described. Structural details both species are figured.
